Winemaking and ageing
A sumptuous gift of nature, collected by men of skill, 'Vendanges Tardives' is only applied to wines of superior quality and coming from the best of grape varieties. Harvested manually, the grapes are then brought to the cellar whole and overripe (a noble fungus called botrytis has developed causing the grape juice to concentrate and be very sweet.) Fermentation is slow and done at 13°C.

Wine description
A Pinot Gris, the colour of old gold with irresistible aromas of candied fruits. These delicate aromas bring the flavour of honey to the palate and reveal a rounded, strong, rich, well-balanced and persistent wine. An agreeable wine that ages very well.
